Reading Fun With Playdoh Creations!
Over the past several weeks, my ELA classes have been reading novels both at school and at home. A week ago, each student decided which novel to use for a culminating activity. This activity was to create a scene from the chosen book, using only playdoh. Each student then wrote a brief description of his or her playdoh scene.
From Harry Potter, to Percy Jackson, to Kirstie and her brother Angus from The Water Horse, the characters and stories they represent, come to life in playdoh form. We hope you’ll take a stroll down our hallway and enjoy our creations!
